1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Dubai Safari Park, including but not limited to our website, ticket purchases, park entry, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases and Usage

2.1 Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase. Entry outside the specified date/time is not permitted.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before purchase.

2.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Park closure due to unforeseen circumstances
• Official cancellation of a pre-booked event by Dubai Safari Park
• Duplicate purchase (with proof of duplicate transaction)

2.4 Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person but cannot be resold for commercial gain. We reserve the right to cancel tickets that appear to be resold for profit.

3. Park Entry and Visitor Conduct

3.1 Entry Requirements

All visitors must present a valid ticket for entry. Children under 3 years may enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

3.2 Visitor Conduct

While visiting Dubai Safari Park, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and instructions from staff
• Respect the animals and their habitats
• Refrain from feeding animals unless in designated areas
• Not smoke except in designated smoking areas
• Not bring prohibited items (weapons, alcohol, etc.)
• Supervise children at all times

3.3 Photography and Recording

Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use. Commercial photography requires prior written permission. Drones are strictly prohibited within the park premises.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Safety Guidelines

All visitors must comply with safety instructions provided by park staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park without refund.

4.2 Medical Conditions

Visitors with pre-existing medical conditions should take appropriate precautions. Some attractions may have health restrictions for safety reasons.

4.3 Animals

While we take every precaution to ensure visitor safety, interactions with animals carry inherent risks. Visitors participate in animal experiences at their own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within the park, including logos, images, text, and multimedia, is the property of Dubai Safari Park or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubai Safari Park shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage to personal property
• Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
• Consequential, indirect, or special damages
• Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control

7. Force Majeure

Dubai Safari Park shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service without notice
• Close any area of the park for maintenance or safety
• Alter show times, animal exhibits, or experiences
• Change park operating hours

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
